James graduated from The University of Texas where he received a degree in Finance and then want on to earn an MBA from Loyola University in 1991.  He started his professional career in the finance industry where he worked for three years.  At that time he realized his calling for helping people with their mortgage needs and became a mortgage originator.  After a couple years of working for a local broker he opened his own office in 1996 to serve the New Orleans metropolitan area.  As the office grew to serve all of Louisiana and Mississippi his capacity has evolved over time from being an originator to managing an office staff of 12 people.  He loves his job and the people he works with and wouldn't change it for the world.
